Carlos (Moai Masonry Inc.) has done a pour and finish concrete job that consisted of 70’ of walkway and an 8’ diameter planter bed and three home remodel jobs for me: Tiled a tub/shower enclosure and floor in a bathroom, created a red brick border; two access stair ways and a windmill tile pattern for a 10’ X 24’ concrete porch; and a total remodel of a 24’ X 28’ living room that included renovating and tiling a fireplace, installing hardwood floors and wiring for wall mounting a large flat screen TV and surround sound system. His bids on all of the four jobs were always competitive but most important is that he did first rate work, was always on time and completed the jobs in the time estimated.
